Return and Refund Policy

All products are made on demand after an order is placed.

Because each item is produced specifically for the customer, we do not accept returns or exchanges for wrong size, wrong color, buyer’s remorse, or change of mind.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of receiving the order. Include your order number, photos of the issue, and a short description.

If the issue is confirmed, we will offer a replacement or refund depending on the case.
